Posted by dillesh on December 6, 2009
According to DigiTimes reports, Atom based netbooks are going to release in the next month from four big firms MSI, ASUS, Acer and Lenovo. The Intel’s processor which we are talking about till now is, the Atom N450 coming on January 11, 2010 before its N470 CPU which is scheduled to ship into market in the March 2010. It seems there will be a tough competition even from smaller firms such as Clevo and Malata.
Vendors are bit cautious this time that the sale of the N450 netbooks does not leave them with the stock which happened last year. So, they are looking to sale out the old stock by offering discount.
